1. Acceptance
By using www.eccoindia.com or engaging Ecco India for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Website Usage
You agree to use the site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or harm the website or its users.
3. Payment Terms
Service fees, retainers, and ad spend are payable as per the agreed engagement proposal. Late payments may incur interest and pause delivery.
4. Service Delivery
Deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are defined in your engagement document. We use commercially reasonable efforts to meet them.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and creatives are owned by Ecco India or its licensors. Client deliverables transfer per the engagement contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Custom projects follow the milestones in your engagement document.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi NCR.
